$25 Gift Card Rebate Offer

Customers who signed up for BridgeMAXX Silver, Gold, or Business Plan from November 1, 2008 through December 31, 2008 and the account is active for 30 days is eligible to receive a $25 gift card.  Please allow 6 to 8 weeks after the 30 day period for cards to be mailed.  All cards will be mailed to the billing address that was used when establishing the account.  Only one rebate per household.
