Early Termination Fee of $150 applies if service is canceled between month 2 and 24. If service is canceled in the first 30 days, customer will not be required to pay the ETF but will be reponsible for service and equipment charges. An E-911 Fee of $1.49 applied to account monthly. Voice Set Up Kit must be purchased from DigitalBridge Communications for $40. One time software download required to access Voice 2 Go for $15. Headset required, not provided.
